Mahboob Khan
With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mahboob joined Abdul Latif Jameel in 2015, and spent his first four years with the Company based in its headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, before relocating to London, UK to set up the JENOA office.
Starting his career working with a number of Fortune 500 companies in the US, Europe and Far East, he has a varied background which has stood him in good stead for leading the team at JENOA. Mahboob has previously worked as a Property & Special Risks Underwriter, Underwriting Technical Specialist, Global Client Services Manager, and Corporate Risk & Insurance Manager.
Throughout this time, he has covered a breadth of insurance lines, including P&C, Marine, Energy, Automotive, and Special High Challenge Occupancies. He is also specialised in Loss Prevention Engineering and Risk Consulting.
He has previously been based in several international locations including Boston, Paris, Frankfurt and Jeddah. Mahboob holds a degree in Economics and a MBA (Management) from the University of Leicester, UK.

Muhammad Adnan Khurshid
With more than 18 years of experience, Adnan joined JENOA in 2022 as our Finance Director.
He began his career at Ernst & Young Global, in Transaction Advisory & Assurance services, overseeing M&A, corporate valuations, due diligence, and other advisory services. With his background in finance and investment, complemented by his expertise in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Adnan is uniquely positioned to provide valuable insights and advice to companies operating in this space.
Adnan has had a long association with Abdul Latif Jameel, in leadership roles across Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Investments, Business Development and Funds Management.
Adnan holds MBA in Finance and Investment from Brunel University London, a BSc (Hons) in Finance from Oxford Brookes University, UK, and is chartered as ACA ICAEW (UK), FCCA (UK), ACMA (UK) and CFA LIII (USA).
